I can really notice the difference

My husband and I really enjoyed your Cannellini Bean and Gorgonzola Bruschetta recipe last Friday night in front of the TV, with a simple salad also using your fine olive oil….It was delicious and a nice change from our usual pizza night! I can really notice the difference and quality of your oils vs the store-bought ones…so thanks again.

Just wanted to thank you for sharing the pumpkin soup recipe in the latest publication included with the last olive oil delivery. Absolutely delicious and simple. I used butternut squash because that is what I had on hand. Loved it! So did my 10-year-old. Thanks again for sharing it!

Dear T.J.—My family prefers your Fresh-Pressed Olive Oil over all others, because in addition to the full and lively flavors, I know that I’m using something that was harvested this season and is indeed still fresh! Before using this oil, I didn’t know that the olive oil on the store shelves is typically from prior years’ harvests and is therefore most likely rancid…yuck! I definitely prefer fresh-pressed and have enjoyed using it in many different family meals. Many thanks!
