Hi Folks: There was a Facebook post asking if you could have fresh pressed olive oil only one way, what would it be? I have to say in a tablespoon straight from the bottle. This is still my favorite way to enjoy our oil. Also, I was concerned about the quality during the travel restrictions due to TJ, et al, being “here” and not “there.” However, when I read about the oils, I realized that Duccio Morozzo, Paco Vaño, and others are really our friends and care just as much about making our oils special. I favour the stronger oils, but the selections this year have been superb, and I feel like part of a larger family and I trust our friends overseas. It’s a great feeling.

WOW! Fantastic tasting oils like we’ve never had before. I gifted some to my son and his comment was “This oil is insane!”—meaning he was delighted. Just wanted to tell you what a fabulous product you have.

I just wanted to share again how much I have enjoyed being a part of the club. I have given 3 friends a taste of your product and so far, 2 have joined. My favorite seed catalog came this week and I am ordering vegetable and herb seeds to go with my oils. Taking a sample to my friends who raise gourmet garlic and I’m betting they’ll be joining too. I love the oils but almost as important is the love of sharing them. I am having a delightful time. Thank you.

TJ, I’m half Sicilian and thought I had tasted wonderful EVOO. My friend told me to give your club a try. I have never tasted more flavorful, delicious EVOO!
