I thought I knew olive oil. I have been buying a good quality olive oil (in a tin) for years. I received my first Olive Oil Club bottle and tried it out. The flavour is outstanding. The difference between what I have been using and fresh-pressed is night and day. The fresh-pressed is head and shoulders better than my brand. Looking forward to the next bottle!
