Received my first delivery of oils today and made all three the center of dinner. I decided a simple pasta with fresh tomato, Maldon salt, and freshly grated Malabar black pepper, and a sprinkling of fresh snipped summer savory leaves from my kitchen garden would provide a suitable canvas to showcase the different characteristics of the oils. Perfect choice. They are all delicious, maybe equally so by virtue of their differences. I can’t pick a favorite yet. I’m thrilled I joined the club, so far the experience is extraordinary.
