Our typical, fresh-from-the-harvest shipping schedule is as follows:
- Mid-to-late March, fresh-pressed Spanish olive oil.
- Mid-to-late June, fresh-pressed Chilean olive oil.
- Mid-to-late September, fresh-pressed Australian olive oil.
- Mid-to-late December, fresh-pressed Italian olive oil.
Timing of Shipments: Our fresh-pressed, artisanal olive oils are estate grown, produced, and bottled. Much of our delivery timing is up to Mother Nature, who decides her own schedule and will not be hurried.
Billing: We typically charge accounts one week prior to shipping the oils to our members.
Countries of Origin: The Club selections are sourced from the world’s top groves in the countries mentioned above, as well as from award-winning, artisanal producers in Argentina, South Africa, Greece, New Zealand, Portugal, Croatia, France, Israel, and the USA.
