His trusted sources include hundreds of the finest boutique producers and award-winning, family-owned estates whose oils are proud local treasures and virtually never available in the US.
From these, he chooses the three brightest, most flavorful oils of the new harvest. Then he races his new treasures, at the peak of harvest-fresh flavor and nutritional goodness, to the US by jet plane and then right to your front door by special truck delivery.
When you join his Fresh-Pressed Olive Oil Club, you can expect three bottles of the world’s freshest supreme extra virgin olive oil to show up at your home four times a year. The three bottles delivered each quarter are meant to supply you with fresh-pressed oil for that quarter—one bottle per month.
Each new bottle will be a palate-thrilling adventure in olive oil appreciation, accompanied by the Club’s Pressing Report, describing each oil’s biography and producer, olive variety, harvest and delivery details, as well as suggestions for ways to enjoy each of the oils, emphasizing seasonal recipes and traditional uses. You’ll also receive T.J.’s personal tasting notes for each oil, so you can compare your impressions with his and cultivate your palate to become a true connoisseur of the world’s finest extra virgin olive oils.
